Nicole Craveiro is an award-winning Human Resources Advisor making a positive impact on organizations in various industries across New York and beyond. Nicole is also known as "Not Your Father's HR" because she does HR differently. After leaving a toxic working environment, she founded CraveHRO in 2021, where she is an HR partner acting as a sounding board offering expert guidance on developing and executing HR strategy to assist leadership in understanding workplace complexities and solving the challenges that come with them by putting people first.
Nicole specializes in the Human Factor and creating a stronger workplace culture, better ensuring employees feel recognized, appreciated, and valued for their contributions to their organization. Her creative insight has been tremendously helpful and critically important to supporting the mission of the businesses she works with through coaching on areas such as performance management, employee relations, compliance, policy, professional development, total rewards, and many other aspects of the employee experience.
Nicole is an active member of the Moxxie Mentoring Foundation/Network, whoggga, BNI, and the Women's Business Club. She is a Co-Chair of the HIA-LI's Human Resources Committee and a Volunteer for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
She enjoys horseback riding, scuba diving, bowling, and traveling to new places.
